Belmont forum shopping centre is walking distance for both of my properties Comfortable cottage – Walk to Belmont forum & Frangipani Oasis. – Close to Airport.
The Belmont Forum shopping centre or The Forum as locals call it is a decent sized shopping centre with three supermarkets (Coles, Woolworths & Aldi) and two discount variety stores (K Mart, BIG W). The forum also has more than 130 speciality stores, cafes, restaurants & food courts as well as a fresh food market place.

A leisurely 10 minute walk from either the Comfortable cottage – Walk to Belmont forum & Frangipani Oasis. – Close to Airport. will get you to the side of The Forum facing Belmont Avenue. Where there are a number of restaurants and The Sporting Globe Bar & Grill Belmont which are open into the evening for anyone looking for night time entertainment.
The forums website also has a search facility. So you can see restaurants, cafes and Bars by category & you can see what is available before you go. Follow the links through to the individual shops website to see menus and opening times.
Crossing the road – Belmont Ave
On the other side of Belmont Ave are some additional restaurants and takeaways giving you even more variety. Walk another 1 minute across the carpark and you will find the Reading Cinemas Belmont with even more restaurants and cafes.
If you weren’t already spoilt for choice. There are even more restaurants & cafes in the strip shops to your right as you are facing the cinema. Including a fish and chip shop. On the Wright St side of the strip shops is the U Escape Room. Which is a great way entertain a group for about an hour.
Continue through the carpark past the cinema and the strip shops to the corner of Wright St and Knutsford Ave. Where you will find the Belmont Tavern with its Family Bistro and Sports Bar.

With three supermarkets and two discount variety stores plus 130 speciality stores, cafes, restaurants & food courts as well as a fresh food market place and several bars, a cinemas and a panic room the Belmont forum shopping centre’s entertainment precinct has something for all tastes.
